~ What’s Growing? ~

The West Garden continues to bring in varieties of your favorite produce. 
In mid-November we prepared the soil planted for the spring harvest.

• Sugar snap, English
  & fava beans
• Strawberries
• “Rainbow Chard” – Chard
• 4 color baby carrots
• 3 color beets
• Corn
• Green and Napa cabbage
• 4 kinds of lettuce
• Red and Green oak
• Romaine and Iceberg lettuce

In the Greenhouse:

  •  ~ Tomatoes
  •  ~ All squash
  •  ~ Cucumber
  •  ~ Eggplant
  •  ~ Pepper
  •  ~ French green beans

Thank you to everyone who attended OktoberWest 2011! It was a great success. We’ve received countless comments on how great the food pairings were. Our chefs hit a homerun, the DiVine from Living World Entertainment was fabulous and we’re already looking forward to next year’s event!
