Inspired by his Aunt & Uncle, Chef Eugenio Martignago born and raised in Venice, Italy knew his life’s ambition would be creating savory marvels after graduating from culinary school in Italy. His travels and passion for refining his trade guided Eugenio to Germany and France where he created and cooked with some of the finest chefs in the world. Now the Executive Chef and master of the menu for West, Eugenio leads a culinary team of excellence where the perfect setting is synonymous with fine dining and remarkable service.

West Steak and Seafood is an award winning restaurant that is sophisticated and intimate fine dining at its best. While the more casual Bistro West, salutes a contemporary spirit with a menu full of flavors that are rich and indulgent. Both restaurants enjoy a gourmet touch with produce harvested daily from the West Organic Farm (located just two miles east of their location) making for the perfect bite.
