Chef Eugenio Martignago has been responsible for the creative faire and success of several fine restaurants, including Bistango in Orange County, and the legendary Nick’s Fish Market in Honolulu. Tom Bertrand and Eddie Maldonado are veteran restaurateurs in the local San Diego dining scene, and Chuck Herrold comes to West after many years with the Ruth’s Chris organization. We are very pleased to have such talented, dedicated gentlemen heading up the operation at West Steak and Seafood. |
